1. How much does it cost to rent a car?
Our rental rates depend on the vehicle, rental length, season, and availability.
Rates are typically shown on each car page. If you need a custom quote for several days, a week, or longer, contact us and we will give you the best available rate.
2. Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required before release of the vehicle.
The deposit amount depends on the car and rental terms.
The deposit may be used to cover:
- unpaid overtime
- fuel shortage
- traffic fines
- tolls
- damage beyond normal wear
- other unpaid charges related to the rental
If everything is returned in proper condition and all charges are settled, the deposit is refunded.
3. When do I get my security deposit back?
Refund timing depends on the payment method and whether there are any pending charges such as tolls, penalties, or damage review.
In most cases, refundable deposits are returned when the car is returned and inspected.
4. Is there a minimum number of rental days?
Our normal minimum rental period is one day.
Some vehicles, holidays, airport bookings, or peak dates may require a longer minimum rental.
If you need a short rental, ask us and we will let you know what is available.
5. Is there a mileage limit?
That depends on the vehicle and rental agreement.
Some rentals may include:
- Unlimited mileage, or
- A daily kilometer allowance
If a mileage limit applies, additional kilometers may be charged at the contracted price.
We recommend making this clear on every individual car page so there is no confusion.
6. What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may result in overtime charges.
Typical overtime policy:
- Grace period
- Overtime fee
- Extended delay: may be charged as an additional rental day
Please contact us as soon as possible if you think you will be late. We are much easier to work with when we know in advance.
7. What is your fuel policy?
The car should normally be returned with the same fuel level it had when released.
If the fuel is lower on return, the difference may be charged plus a service fee if refueling is required.
Example policy:
- released: half tank
- returned: half tank
This is one of those details that should always be plainly stated because customers hate surprises.
8. Are toll fees included in the rental price?
No. Tolls, parking fees, tickets, and similar road charges are normally the renter’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unpaid tolls or road charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
9. What documents do I need to rent a car?
You will usually need:
- a valid driver’s license
- one or more valid IDs
- passport if applicable
- proof of address or supporting identification if requested

10. Can foreigners rent a car?
Yes, in many cases, as long as the driver has valid identification and a license that is accepted for driving in the Philippines.

16. Are the cars clean and well maintained?

Before release, vehicles are checked for general condition, cleanliness, and readiness for rental.
Only promise this if you can consistently deliver it.
17. What if the car has a problem during my rental?
Contact us right away if the vehicle develops a problem, warning light, flat tire, or mechanical issue.
Do not continue driving if the car appears unsafe.
We will advise you on the next step based on the situation.
18. What if I damage the car?
Any accident, damage, or incident should be reported immediately.
Charges depend on the cause, extent of damage, and terms of the rental agreement.
The renter may be responsible for repair costs, loss of use, insurance-related excess, or other related expenses depending on the situation.
19. Is insurance included?
Basic coverage may be included, but this depends on the rental terms and the vehicle.
Please ask what is included and what is not included before booking so expectations are clear.
20. How do I reserve a car?
You can reserve by contacting us through our website, phone, Messenger, or WhatsApp.
To speed things up, send:
- the car you want
- pickup date and time
- return date and time
- pickup location
- your name and contact number
21. Do I need to pay in advance?
Advance payment or a booking fee may be required to confirm the reservation, especially during busy periods.
Full payment terms should be confirmed at the time of booking.
22. Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation rules depend on how far in advance you cancel and whether payment has already been made.
